In the past decade, I have felt called to serve as an inner life mentor for individuals who yearn for a deeper, more direct relationship with the Divine.

“While I was raised Christian, I am familiar and comfortable with many of the contemplative spiritual traditions, believing that while the forms may differ, the central truths are one and the same. I am a student of Jungian psychology, and have studied Buddhism and Hinduism alongside contemplative Christianity. I have also researched the current perspectives on mentoring in the Christian tradition, and endeavor to abide by this rich and evolving tradition.       

“ I am a licensed therapist, but I am willing to adopt a mentoring model whenever a person seems sufficiently free of emotional or psychological distress to permit a concentrated quest for communion with the Divine, and commit to an intensification of various spiritual practices, such as meditation, yoga, and dream work. Certainly, the spiritual journey can be a dark and rocky road, at times, but if unresolved emotional pain becomes a compelling focus, I will endeavor to assist you in finding a good therapist who can see you face to face.
