with your chart mailed to you on an audio cassette tape via regular
mail..
After your reading has been paid for with PayPal or via
regular mail, just reply with the required information as directed in
your e-mail confirmation or send it along with payment to the address
listed below.
If you order by regular mail (and have not paid via PayPal),
include a money order (preferred), or personal check - in U.S. funds
only - payable to P.M.H. Atwater. (Personal checks must clear bank before
orders are completed.) Be sure to include the following information
to the mail address below:
- Full given name at birth.
- Any name change before the first year.
- Name you presently use to sign checks (if you use an initial, declare
it as it is used).
- Birthdate
- Include a paragraph about yourself, and any concerns you may have.
