Foreign Editions Note:I regret that foreign editions of my books do not have Resource Sections. The publishers deleted that material. Now that communication is easier, and the Internet makes access across country borders easy and quick, there is no reason for this material to be left out. For those in other countries who want to avail themselves of my extensive Resource Sections, I can only recommend that you obtain American or Canadian copies. Or, you might let your own publishers know you want that information in their versions of my books, and maybe they will change their policies. I can tell by the letters I receive, you want it.
